Frequently Asked Questions

Make sure you have a valid kubeconfig at ~/.kube/config or set a custom path in Settings. Your kubeconfig must contain at least one context with valid cluster and user entries.

Kubebar supports bearer token and exec-based auth (e.g., kubelogin for Azure AKS). Make sure the required CLI tools are installed (az, aws, gcloud, doctl). You can install them via the Settings panel.

Make sure kubectl is installed and accessible. Kubebar looks in /usr/local/bin, /opt/homebrew/bin, and /usr/bin. Also verify that you have the correct context and namespace selected.

Open Settings (⌘,) and choose your preferred refresh interval: 10 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, or 5 minutes.
